Returns & Exchanges on Fashion Items
- Moss Nest does not refund shipping costs for returned items.
- Moss Nest does not allow returns for Sale Items.
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return of your product for a credit, replacement or exchange. Refunds will not be given unless an item is faulty and cannot be replaced or repaired.
For safe delivery, all Returns should be sent through Express Post (with Tracking Number) or Registered Post. Moss Nest cannot be held responsible for missing or incorrectly addressed returns.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including the box. Try your shoes on a surface such as carpet to prevent the soles being damaged, and always follow care instructions so that you retain the longest and happiest life for your garments.
Returns will not be allowed if tags have been removed or if the item has been washed, used, or worn.
Returns & Exchanges on Large Items - Including Pots, Furniture, Mirrors, Artwork , Rugs and Lighting.
As much as we like to be flexible, we do not give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision on large items. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please take special care with packaging an item to return it to us to ensure it is returned in its original condition. If it is an option for you, we would prefer you to return your item to our physical store in Berry.
We offer exchanges in the form of a credit note with Moss Nest. We do not offer exchanges after a 7-day period.
Refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you.
*It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified in writing of any damages upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period.
At Moss Nest many of our products are hand crafted. Therefore no piece will be identical. Such variations are an inherent part of the manufacturing process, there may be natural blemishes and "imperfections" that make you item truelly unique.
