Shipping

All Items (excluding Large Items listed in section below)

Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $15.00 for postage. Order for large items listed which include pots, furniture, lighting, mirrors, bulky homeware items etc freight will be calculated and a member of staff will contact you regarding payment of freight.

Orders will be sent out within two days. 

Mossnest uses Fastway Couriers and Australia Post Express Post

Fastway Couriers require a signature on delivery. If the delivery address is unattended when your parcel is delivered, a card is left and re-delivery* can be arranged (conditions apply, see http://www.fastway.com.au)

You can give an authorization to deliver without a signature.

Shipping Time Period

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-7 business days within NSW and between 5 and 10 days interstate; contact us if you require express shipping.

 

 

Large Items -  Including Pots, Furniture, Mirrors, Artwork , Rugs and Lighting

We will be in touch within 1 business day of receiving your order to provide you with a quote for large items. You can purchase through our online store and we will be directly in contact with you, alternatively contact us before purchase at info@mossnest.com or call on 02 4464 2203 during our business hours for a delivery quote.

Shipping Time Period - Large Items

Shipping time period for large items will vary according to size of specific item and delivery address. Please contact us for an estimate time period or if you would like to check up on your order!

 

International Shipping

We can ship only small items overseas. Please contact us directly for a quote for international shipping at info@mossnest.com.au. Small items are easily deliviered through Australia Post and TNT.

 

Customer Policy

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

Lost Goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@mosnest.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
